need assistance with decorating my living room…?

Hi have a pretty big rectangular living room. The two longest walls are full walls while the two smaller walls, one is a entire window top to bottom and the other one is a half wall that looks into the entrance and the hallway. The only thing I have to keep is my living room are my couches they are black and leather and of course my 42 inch LCD. Please give me suggestions, color coordination. Please do not suggest Burgundy (that color is way over used) I would like to stay in a new classy but contemporary style that is of course usable and comfy.

I would use white. Then, brighten it up with one other color: hot pink? Hermes orange? Sky blue? Red? Add throw pillows in variations of this color (ex. for light blue, teal, navy) and then add one last color. So you room with be very classy. For example:
-White walls
-Black furniture
-Red pillows
-Red vase
-Teal pillows
-Teal rug
Something like that.
What kinds of colors do you like? Maybe green? Like an olive color.. Do you have any coffee tables? Side tables? Lamps? Candles? Pictures?
