Depends on whether or not they are fixed and whether or not they are in heat. In heat, female dogs are garden tools. Meanwhile, cats are hammers and birds are in season.
Dear Sir, I was under the impression that female dogs were in fact a plate washing tool. However, upon examination I cannot find anything disproving your "garden tools and ruses" claim. Therefore I postulate that they are, in fact, all of the above.
